We’re looking for you to join our team as a
System control & data engineer in motor racing (m/f/d)
TASKS
- Understanding of complete low voltage system topology
- General system commissioning
- Monitoring and managing the chassis performance control systems
- Data management & monitoring the chassis systems both in download and telemetry
- Managing M-Files and calibrations
- Monitoring, lifting and changing chassis sensors
- System monitoring at race/test events, DiL and HiL
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in technology or comparable higher education
- At least 3 years’ professional training in motor sports – Formula E experience beneficial
- Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics and the requirements thereof
- Knowledge of measurement technology application tools
- Practical experience in the use of commercial software such as Matlab
- Knowledge of data analysis programs, e.g. Atlas
- a command of written and spoken English (min. Level B1)
- Knowledge of the German language would be advantageous but not essential
- Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially at weekends
- You are able to work in a team and independently, and your high level of commitment rounds off your profile
